Top Five Positions in Madden 10

Madden 10 is still two months away, but already we have tons of information about the upcoming game. With all the info available from the blogs and postings I decided to put together what I think may be the five most important positions in Madden 10:
1) Quarterback
-This one's pretty obvious. QB has always been one of the most important positions in Madden, only being challenged by perhaps runningback (and possibly receiver in 08). Madden 10 is going to mirror real football more than ever, so the QB postion is going to be vital. The guys at EA have also introduced new passing attributes including accuracy ratings for deep, middle and short throws, which are sure to make you feel the pain if you have an inferior signal caller under center.
2)Defensive End
-Ever since the first Madden on "next gen", we have seen the pass rush fade into oblivion. With the improvements in player ratings ;;and the advent of the PRO-TAK technology and procedural steering, the pass rush could be coming out of retirement. Not only will the pass rush force quartebacks into bad throws, the D Ends will stop them from consistently rolling and getting infinite amounts time to throw the ball.
3)Offensive Tackle
-If the quarterback postion is vital, the guys proecting him have got to be pretty important too. Just as defensive ends will play a big role this year, so will the guys with the job of countering them. And protecting the QB is just half of their job. Lineman now have much more capability than ever including the ability to seal blocks and perform drive blocks. Having a dominant tackle can create large running lanes for the 4th most important postion in Madden 10.
4)Runningback
-Always one of the most important positions in Madden, and this year should be no different. If we're going to need to fight for every yard, the RB is going to play a big role. Having a high overall rating rather than just a high speed rating should matter more in Madden 10 as well, making RBs even more crucial.
5)Cornerback
- It is always easier to have a good pass rush when there is no one open for the QB to throw to. If defensive ends are going to be impotant, you also need players that can capitalize on the mistakes DEs force (by intercepting passes). New DB/WR interactions should make the distinction between good corners and bad corners bigger, hopefully making it so that speed isn't the only rating that matters.
I'm not saying I'm 100% correct, I know a lot of people may disagree with #4, but these are just my thoughts from what we know so far. Let me know what you think about it and what your top five are.
