I just received an email from our good friends over at VGSports (one of the best place to get strategic Madden Guides) saying they have the playbook diagrams for all the demo teams available.
We got the go ahead from EA to release the Offensive & Defensive playbook diagrams for the 4 demo teams: Cowboys, Giants, Steelers & Cardinals.
You can download them for free at:
Window PC – http://www.maddentips.com/previewpc
Mac OSX – http://www.maddentips.com/previewmac
The rest of the team playbooks will be available closer to release date.
Enjoy!
So make sure you get those and stay connected to VGSports as they reveal the rest of the playbooks later.

The Madden 10 Demo is available for the 360 right now and will be available for the PS3 this afternoon. If you have a GameStop Demo code, you can redeem those now to unlock the full 5 minute Madden 10 Demo. The 5 minute demo has an accelerated clock so it’s a little shorter than expected. The full demo has the the Steelers vs. the Cardinals in a Superbowl rematch with many new things you haven’t seen before like the national anthem and the USAF Thunderbirds flyover before the game. The Madden 10 demo you get from the online marketplace for each system matches up NFC East foes Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants in a 1min. qtr. game.
Please leave your impressions of either demo or both in the comments section.

In an article from PastaPadre yesterday where he writes how the “Public Madden Demo Keeps Getting Worse” and the differences of the Public vs. the Pre-Order Demo; he mentions that Phil Frazier (Madden 10 Lead Producer) states there will only be 1 minute quarters in the public demo.
Now comes even worse news. Lead producer Phil Frazier has stated that the public demo will include only one minute quarters. This is a crushing development for anyone who wants to get a feel for the game. It really isn’t possible even with two minute quarters, but one minute quarters will be so fractured and compressed it may not even be worth playing.
